Savannah's First Christmas......

We packed up the car and headed west to spend Christmas with the Boden's in Saskatchewan.

We travelled along the Yellow head.....which for those of you that have not travelled #16, it is flat with a few trees. That is about it. It is a very lovely drive though.......

We stopped in a tiny town called Bredenbury (located between Yorkton, and Wynyard) where everyone has lights on their house, and the town square has a giant snowman. It was spectacular to see such a great amount of Christmas spirit!

Santa??? Is that really YOU???

Savannah loved climbing on the gifts........

Wahooooo.....new toys!

I love my new penguin.....thank you Uncle Dick!

Opening more gifts......but we're not too sure about what the procedure is!

Thank you Santa for the cool wooden blocks!!! I also love Julian's scary dinosaur.

Savannah loved picking decorations off of the tree......

The classic family photo in front of the fireplace......

Jeff spending some cuddle time with Julian and Savannah....the snow globe was quite intriguing for both of them.

Here we are with Savannah's Great Grandparents, June and John Boden.

On Boxing day the Boden's all came over for a Christmas celebration. It was fabulous to have the family together. Grandpa John brought out the accordion and played a few songs....it was like old times when all of us kids would dance around wildly. The great grand kids are much more subdued........
